Thanks for your thoughts, Miguel! You offer very great insight, as well. I appreciate your tip on eliminating negative influences, even in the form of entertainment/media. I'm a huge proponent of what you put in your body (through the eyes, ears, and mouth) directly influences our actions, productivity levels, and mental capacity and outlook. I notice that when I'm around positive people and positive influences, I am a more positive person even in the midst of challenges.
Thanks again for your insight. Keep 'em coming!

I think most of us experience the Impostor from time to time
and it is through personal work that it can be conquered. I dont think it ever
goes entirely away, but it is possible to “let it be” and not listen too much to
those “insecure voices” so they don’t affect our confidence. At time it even
seems to happen automatically, and I have noticed that if you reduce the amount
of negative influences in your life (less drama with complicated people, less
crime movies, less violent tv shows, etc) dealing with the impostor Syndrome
can get easier. In a similar way, increasing the amount of positive influences
(positive people, success stories, uplifting documentaries, good books, etc)
can have a positive impact as well.
Thanks for sharing simple tactics to overcome the Syndrome.
I particularly liked #2 because taking an objective look at the things you have
done, is very helpful to “dismantle” negative beliefs that can sabotage our
careers.
Great article! Keep up the good work.
