We had some great childhood memories and you both most definitely played a huge role in helping me develop my writing. Even today, you inspire these posts. But there were definitely moments where my participation wasn't exactly "welcomed," even though you all didn't mind me watching. It was in those times that I sought refuge in my bedroom, and it eventually turned into a regular thing for me. So, I give you guys credit for helping me discover my talents. Your talent surfaced on the basketball court. Mine happened to be uncovered sitting by my lonesome in my bedroom. Everything definitely happens for a reason!

Emily, great blog and interesting one to read for my birthday, august 2nd. You were never schunned away from your brothers. Remember, you chose to play alone as I would often times choose to play with your dolls just to be around you. And all those times I worked your nerves, well, that was play time between brothers and sisters! But in a way, I would like to think that we all contributed to your writing passion. I'm very proud of you!
